  1. This was a fun, action packed read with great characters and a bittersweet ending (I’m sad over a character death, but no spoilers). It has romance, action, intrigue, war and more, all set against a beautiful, lush world. I enjoyed the journey of Princess Yoni, and seeing her come into her own, and grow into her own power was inspiring. I rooted for her until the very end, and really hope we get to see more of her in a sequel. The story is a battle not just between two races, but one that ultimately leads to a world balanced between spirituality and science/technology. As powerful as Yoni is, she ultimately doesn’t become the full woman that she can be, without learning how to harness both her own power & that of her new allies, which is a great metaphor for life. If you’re looking for good, fun read, I recommend this great story!!

    1. Thank you! Glad you enjoyed.
